The Annual Meeting is the State-wide gathering of Heads of Churches and Member Churches’ delegates and Associated Bodies’ delegates, delegates of Churches in Associate Membership, and non-member churches’ observers. The Annual Meeting normally takes place on a Saturday in September each year. Members of the public are most welcome to attend as observers. Annual Meetings have been held in Hobart and Launceston in alternate years.
The 2022 Annual Meeting of the TCC was held at the Friends' Meeting House, Boa Vista Road, North Hobart on 3 December.
